4 hard boiled eggs, chopped  

¼ medium avocado, mashed 

1 tablespoon avocado oil mayo 

2 slices bacon, cooked and chopped 

2 romaine lettuce chutes 

sea salt & pepper, to taste 



In a small bowl combine eggs, avocado, mayo, salt, and pepper. Mix until thoroughly combined. 

Divide mixture between lettuce chutes, sprinkle with bacon and enjoy immediately!
