4 cups radishes, sliced

2 tablespoons butter

½ teaspoon minced garlic

1 teaspoon fresh thyme

sea salt & pepper, to taste



In a skillet heat butter over low heat; sauté the minced garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute. Arrange radishes, cut side-down, in the skillet. Season with salt, pepper, and thyme, continue cooking and stirring occasionally, until radishes are browned and softened, about 10 minutes. Enjoy!
