4 oz. cream cheese, softened 

4 eggs 

1 tablespoon butter, melted 

1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder 

1 ½ teaspoon vanilla extract 

1 tablespoon stevia  

4 tablespoons coconut flour 

1 ½ teaspoon baking powder 

 Instructions: 

Preheat a waffle iron. 

While waffle iron is heating, combine all the ingredients for the waffles in a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth.  

Spray waffle iron with nonstick cooking spray, pour about 1/8 to ¼ cup batter in waffle iron. Cook according to your waffle iron time, or until set and fluffy.  

Enjoy waffle topped with fresh whipped cream and sugar free syrup!  

Makes 3 waffles, 1 waffle per serving
