12 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 tsp. garlic powder
½ tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. paprika
salt & pepper, to taste
8 slices bacon, cooked and chopped
Mix together cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese and seasonings. Form into 18 small balls and refrigerate until firm, about 1 hour.
Remove cheese balls from the refrigerator. Place bacon crumbles in a small bowl.
Roll balls in bacon and place on a serving dish.
Makes 18 servings, 1 cheese ball per serving
