5 ounces smoked salmon, chopped or shredded  

2 tablespoons paleo mayo 

1 medium avocado 

garlic & herb seasoning, to taste 

fresh chives, chopped  

sea salt, to taste  

 

Instructions: 

In a small bowl combine smoked salmon, mayo, and seasonings, mix until thoroughly combined.  

Cut avocado in half and remove pit. Divide salmon mixture and place in the middle of avocado, sprinkle with chives. Enjoy immediately!
